Benvenuto nel MANUALE OPERATIVO COMPLETO. Questo documento ti fornisce tutte le istruzioni operative per utilizzare la tua postazione di videoscrittura e strutturare un archivio personale in totale autonomia.
L'acronimo PRO racchiude la vera filosofia del software: Portable Reporting Offline. Nessuna installazione sul PC, progettato specificamente per la stesura di testi ad alti volumi, e rigorosamente senza cloud per garantirti totale privacy locale.
Welcome to the COMPLETE OPERATION MANUAL. This document provides all the operational instructions to use your text processing workstation and structure a personal archive with total autonomy.
The acronym PRO stands for the core philosophy of the software: Portable Reporting Offline. No PC installation, built specifically for high-volume text drafting, and strictly cloud-free to guarantee complete local privacy.

Il software ti viene fornito in un pacchetto compresso (ZIP). Il programma non deve mai essere avviato cliccando da dentro lo ZIP! Devi prima fare clic col tasto destro sul file scaricato ed "Estrarre" il contenuto direttamente sul dispositivo che intendi usare (es. sulla tua chiavetta USB se vuoi un archivio portatile, o sul disco del PC se lo vuoi fisso).
Una volta estratto, otterrai una cartella piena di file di sistema: è assolutamente normale! Questa struttura "in chiaro" (Standalone) garantisce che il software sia fulmineo e che venga considerato sicuro dai sistemi Antivirus in quanto non richiede complesse scompattazioni in background.
MyRadDesk_PRO.exe (quello con l'icona) e avvia sempre e solo quello.myraddesk_archive.db) nascerà automaticamente in mezzo a questi file. L'intera cartella rappresenta la tua postazione portatile indivisibile!The software is provided in a compressed ZIP package. The program must NEVER be launched directly from inside the ZIP! You must first right-click the downloaded file and "Extract" it directly to the device you intend to use (e.g. your USB drive or your PC disk).
Once extracted, you will get a folder full of system files: this is completely normal! This folder structure (Standalone) ensures the software is lightning-fast and safe from Antivirus blocks.
MyRadDesk_PRO.exe and double-click to launch it.myraddesk_archive.db) will be generated automatically among these files. This entire folder is your indivisible Workstation!Al primissimo avvio dell'applicazione, potresti visualizzare una schermata blu di Windows con il messaggio "PC protetto da Windows". Questa schermata compare di default per tutti i software indipendenti che non possiedono una costosa firma digitale commerciale. MyRadDesk PRO è un applicativo pulito e sicuro.
Come avviare l'app:
L'avviso compare solo al primissimo avvio. Dal secondo avvio in poi, l'app si aprirà istantaneamente.
Upon the very first launch of the application, you might see a blue Windows screen with the message "Windows protected your PC". Don't panic, it is NOT a virus!
This screen appears by default for all independent software that do not possess an expensive commercial digital signature. MyRadDesk PRO is a clean and safe application.
How to run the app:
This warning only appears on the first launch. From the second time onward, the app will open instantly.
Il software utilizza un'architettura di sicurezza offline a blocchi. Al primo avvio sarai guidato attraverso tre passaggi obbligatori, uno dopo l'altro: The software uses a block-based offline security architecture. On your first launch, you will be guided through three mandatory steps:
Accetta le condizioni legali del software. Il programma resterà bloccato finché non confermi. Accept the legal conditions of the software. The program will remain locked until you confirm.
Incolla la tua License Key. Attenzione! La licenza si legherà in modo permanente al supporto fisico su cui si trova in quel momento. Se hai posizionato la cartella su una chiavetta USB, diventerà un passpartout portatile. Se la metti sul PC, resterà legata a quella macchina per sempre. Paste your License Key. Warning! The license permanently binds to the physical drive it is located on. On a USB, it becomes a portable tool. On a PC, it stays locked there forever.
Superati i blocchi, ti verrà chiesta la password. Al primo avvio digita admin123. L'interfaccia finalmente si svelerà!
Once unlocked, you will be asked for the password. On the first run, type admin123. The interface will finally reveal itself!

Click the 🔐 Password button (top right). The interface prompts you for your Current Password (defaulting to admin123 upon initial setup). Confirming closes the dialog, indicating successful authentication!
Per garantire la privacy locale, le password sono gestite nel tuo PC e l'autore del software non possiede alcuna chiave di sblocco master. Se perdi la Password, l'archivio si blocca. Non perdere i tuoi appunti, segui questo Protocollo: For local privacy, passwords are managed on your PC and the author does not possess any master recovery keys. If you lose your Password, your archive is locked. Don't lose your notes, follow the Protocol:

1. Zoom Visivo (A+ / A-): Passare ore davanti al monitor stanca la vista. Usa i pulsanti A+ e A- per ingrandire o rimpicciolire tutto il testo a schermo. Questo zoom è solo per il tuo comfort visivo e non modificherà la grandezza di stampa del PDF finale! 1. Visual Zoom (A+ / A-): Spending hours at the monitor causes eye strain. Use the A+ and A- buttons to globally enlarge or shrink the text on screen. This zoom is strictly for your visual comfort and will not alter the print size of the final PDF!
2. Dimensione di Stampa (8, 11, 14...): Vuoi che una specifica frase (es. il titolo di un paragrafo) venga stampata più grande sul PDF? Seleziona il testo con il mouse e scegli un numero dalla tendina numerica (11 è lo standard). 2. Print Font Size (8, 11, 14...): Want a specific line (e.g., a title) to be printed larger on the PDF? Select the text with your mouse and choose a number from the numeric dropdown (11 is the standard default).
Copia un testo negli appunti. Clicca il tasto 🧠 Estrai e l'algoritmo compilerà automaticamente le informazioni chiave nelle rispettive caselle, abbattendo la digitazione ripetitiva.

Copy a text to your clipboard. Click the 🧠 Extract button and the algorithm will automatically fill the key information into the respective boxes, reducing repetitive typing.
*Purely a formatting convenience tool.
Seleziona un blocco di testo scritto tutto in MAIUSCOLO o pieno di doppi spazi fastidiosi. Clicca sul tasto 🪄 Pulisci per normalizzarlo istantaneamente in un testo pulito e leggibile. Select a block of text written in ALL CAPS or full of annoying double spaces. Click the 🪄 Clean button to instantly normalize it into clean, readable text.
Il pulsante 🎤 Detta attiva istantaneamente il motore di dettatura nativo del tuo computer (simulando la scorciatoia Win+H). La funzione è comodissima se vuoi refertare senza usare la tastiera. The 🎤 Dictate button instantly activates your computer's native dictation engine (simulating the Win+H shortcut). It's incredibly convenient when you want to draft without using the keyboard.
Il pulsante contrassegnato dall'icona Profilo (in alto a destra) ti consente di personalizzare l'intestazione che verrà stampata sui tuoi PDF. Questa impostazione trasforma il software in una postazione di lavoro universale adatta alla tua professione. The Profile button (top right) allows you to customize the header printed on your PDFs. This setting transforms the software into a universal workstation suited for your workflow.
Il campo "Tipo Documento" ti permette di cambiare il titolo del file PDF generato, in modo che l'app si adegui alla tua reale attività. Ecco alcuni esempi: The "Document Type" field allows you to change the title of the generated PDF file, so the app adapts to your actual profession. Examples:
Il software si adatta alla tua professione. Clicca sul tasto 🏷️ Etichette (in alto a destra) per rinominare a piacimento i campi della colonna di sinistra. The software adapts to your profession. Click the 🏷️ Labels button (top right) to freely rename the fields in the left column.
Vuoi rendere i tuoi PDF ancora più professionali? Puoi aggiungere il Logo del tuo studio e la tua Firma autografa scansionata. Want to make your PDFs look professional? You can add your Facility Logo and your scanned hand-Signature.
Clicca sul pulsante Sfoglia. Scegli un'immagine dal tuo computer (.png o .jpg). Il motore PDF inserirà automaticamente questa immagine nell'angolo in alto a sinistra di ogni tuo documento. Click the Browse button. Choose an image from your PC (.png or .jpg). The PDF engine will place it in the top-left corner of every document you print.
Prepara una foto o una scansione della tua firma. Clicca su Sfoglia per caricarla. Il software piazzerà automaticamente questa firma in calce al PDF (in basso a destra), sotto il testo. Prepare a photo of your signature. Click Browse to load it. The software will automatically place it at the bottom of the PDF (bottom-right), below the text.
I Templates sono moduli testuali che usi in modo ricorrente (es. un documento standard negativo). Clicca il tasto ⚡ Templates per espandere il gestore dei blocchi memorizzati. Templates are text modules structured for recurrent employment. Click the ⚡ Templates button to expand your stored blocks manager.
Questo è il vero segreto per digitare alla velocità della luce. Quando crei un nuovo Template, puoi assegnargli una parola chiave definita "Scorciatoia" (ti consiglio di farla precedere dal simbolo /, ad esempio /normale).
This is the real secret to light-speed typing. When creating a Template, you can assign it a keyword called "Shortcut" (I recommend starting with a slash, e.g., /normal).
Mentre stai scrivendo sull'editor principale, la sequenza prescritta prevede di digitare: While standard typing in the main editor, just type:
...e vedrai la parola esplodere magicamente trasformandosi nell'intero corpo testuale che avevi salvato! ...and the word will magically explode, transforming into the full text body you saved!
Azzera l'interfaccia. Azione Critica: Se carichi un file dalla lista a destra, entri in Modifica. Per creare un file nuovo, DEVI cliccare il tasto NEW, per prevenire sovrascritture di dati già conservati. Clears the interface. Critical Action: Loading a file from the right list prepares Edit Mode. Generating a new file mandates the NEW command, preventing overrides on conserved data.
Finalizzazione stabile. Ottimo per salvataggi in serie: scrivi, fai SAVE, cambi solo l'anagrafica (senza toccare la lista a destra), e fai SAVE di nuovo per creare un nuovo record. Stable finalization. Great for bulk cycles: type, hit SAVE, change demographic variance (without clicking the right list), and hit SAVE again to generate a new additive record.
Cancellazione. Non puoi eliminare un referto appena scritto. Devi prima cercarlo, caricarlo a schermo dalla lista, e solo allora potrai obliterarlo premendo questo tasto. Obliteration. You cannot delete a newly typed report. You must first query it, load it on the monitor from the list, and only then proceed with deletion.
Il software include una cronologia di sicurezza. Il sistema acquisisce e conserva in segreto una versione precedente ogni qualvolta premi il tasto SAVE per sovrascrivere un documento già esistente (ne conserva fino a 3 per ogni referto).
Hai sovrascritto accidentalmente un referto perché ti sei scordato di premere NEW? Tranquillo! Richiama a video l'oggetto corrotto dalla lista e clicca sul tasto 🕒 Versioni in alto per riversare nell'editor l'esatta stringa antecedente.
The application maintains a chronological security persistence. The system acquires and secretly stores a prior version whenever you invoke the SAVE command to overwrite an existing document (retaining up to 3 textual modifications).
Did you accidentally overwrite a document because you forgot to click NEW? Relax! Render the corrupted object visible and click the 🕒 Versions button to dump the exact prior string back into the editor.
Non c'è una "barra di ricerca" separata. Compila semplicemente le caselle in cui di solito scrivi, e usale come Filtri. Ricordati sempre di cliccare sul tasto 🔍 SEARCH per far partire la ricerca! There is no separate "search bar". Simply fill the fields you usually type in, and use them as Filters. Always remember to click the 🔍 SEARCH button to start the query!
Vuoi trovare tutte le tue documentazioni di un utente specifico? Scrivi la categoria nella casella metodica e il nome nell'anagrafica, poi premi Search. Se hai appena cercato qualcos'altro, ricordati di cliccare NEW per ripulire le caselle prima di una nuova ricerca! Want to find all documentation for a specific user? Type the category in the designated box and the name in the demographic field, then press Search. If you just searched something else, remember to click NEW to clear the fields first!
Cerchi una parola specifica (es. "Aneurisma") per fini statistici? Lascia completamente vuote le caselle anagrafiche, digita la parola direttamente dentro l'editor centrale grande e premi Search. Il software troverà la parola in tutti i referti passati. Looking for a specific term (e.g., "Aneurysm") for statistical aims? Leave the demographic fields completely blank, type the word directly into the large central editor, and hit Search. The system will find it everywhere.
Se il tuo obiettivo è visualizzare e caricare la totalità del database, ti basta agire sul comando 🔍 SEARCH lasciando rigorosamente VUOTI tutti i campi del software (sia quelli piccoli che l'editor grande). Cliccando cerca a vuoto, ordinerai al sistema di mostrarti tutta la lista! If your objective is to visualize the entirety of the database, simply actuate the 🔍 SEARCH command while leaving ALL application fields strictly EMPTY. Clicking search on empty fields commands the system to populate the full list!
Clicca sul tasto PDF per generare il documento finale. Il sistema provvede alla compilazione automatica della tua intestazione professionale e dell'anagrafica, integrandola al corpo testuale. Click the PDF button to generate the final document. The system executes automated compilation of your professional header and demographics, integrating the text body.
Motore di Stampa WYSIWYG: Il motore PDF interno mantiene fedelmente nel file esportato tutte le tue personalizzazioni. Che tu usi il grassetto, un testo colorato o un font specifico, il documento stampato rispetterà le tue scelte grafiche per la massima leggibilità. The built-in PDF engine faithfully preserves all your customizations in the exported file. Whether you use bold, colored text or a specific font, the printed document will respect your formatting choices for maximum readability.
PDF a Scomparsa Intelligente: Se lasci un campo anagrafico completamente vuoto nell'editor (es. non scrivi nulla in "Note"), quell'intera riga scomparirà in automatico dal PDF, mantenendo il documento compatto ed elegante. If you leave a demographic field completely empty in the editor (e.g., nothing in "Notes"), that entire line will automatically disappear from the PDF, keeping the document compact and elegant.
Clicca questo tasto per creare un file di blocco note (.txt) contenente SOLO la descrizione centrale. Demografiche e anagrafiche (Nome, Età) subiscono un'obliterazione preventiva. L'azione ideale per mandare il referto a un collega in rispetto della privacy. Click this button to generate a notepad (.txt) file containing ONLY the central description. Demographics and data (Name, Age) are pre-emptively obliterated. The ideal action to share the text with a colleague respecting privacy.
Questo tasto esporta in Excel ESCLUSIVAMENTE i referti che vedi in quel momento nella lista di Ricerca a destra. Se vuoi scaricare un Excel con l'intero database, fai una "Ricerca Vuota" per mostrare tutti i referti, e poi clicca il tasto Excel! This button exports to Excel EXCLUSIVELY the reports currently visible in your right-hand Search list. If you want to download an Excel with your entire database, do an "Empty Search" to show all reports, and then click Excel!
Clicca semplicemente sui referti nella lista di Ricerca per selezionarli (la riga diventerà celeste). Puoi selezionarne quanti ne vuoi contemporaneamente solo col mouse, senza premere tasti sulla tastiera. Se cambi idea, cliccaci di nuovo sopra per deselezionarli. Una volta scelti, clicca sul tasto Bundle per impacchettarli e scaricarli in un mini-database (.db) condivisibile, con l'opzione utilissima di omettere i dati sensibili in blocco prima della distribuzione! Simply click on the reports in the Search list to select them (the row will turn light blue). You can select multiple items using just your mouse, without pressing any keyboard keys. If you change your mind, click again to deselect. Once chosen, click the Bundle button to package and download them into a shareable mini-database (.db), featuring a highly useful option to bulk-omit sensitive patient data prior to distribution!
Usa questo tasto per innescare il download di un'unità replica dell'archivio intero (.db). Vuoi passare i dati dal PC fisso alla tua chiavetta USB? L'ordine di Unione (Merge), ti permette di selezionare il file di Backup del tuo pc fisso e di "iniettarlo" nella tua postazione corrente. L'algoritmo acquisirà esclusivamente i referti e i Templates inediti, eseguendo un drop automatico delle ridondanze e salvaguardando il tuo lavoro. Want to move data from your desktop to your USB? The Merge order lets you select a Backup file and "inject" it into your current station. The algorithm mandates acquisition exclusively of unrecorded text records and metadata, executing automatic redundancy drops.
